• Build and develop the Paid Social department;
• Acquire new clients through inbound, outbound, and referral channels;
• Develop individualized campaign and growth strategies based on client goals;
• Advise clients and conduct sales conversations;
• Develop, build, and scale Paid Social campaigns for clients across different industries;
• Provide strategic consulting primarily in the Meta environment;
• Analyze and optimize campaigns;
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
• Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Performance teams.

• Degree or vocational training related to online marketing;
• Several years of practical experience building and managing Paid Social accounts on the agency or consulting side, especially Meta;
• Experience advising clients strategically and supporting Sales or pitch processes;
• Experience developing and managing campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach;
• Confident presence and strong communication skills;
• Fluent German and good English, spoken and written;
• Nice to have: People management experience, enthusiasm for digital products.
