performance marketing manager in iGaming

The company operates in the international iGaming industry.

• Own the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social, programmatic and creator-led clipping campaigns;
• Manage and optimise an annual paid media budget of approximately €500,000–€2 million;
• Build a reliable measurement framework covering attribution, ROI, LTV, CAC and incrementality;
• Improve conversion and funnel performance while increasing qualified traffic to the product;
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels;
• Establish clear reporting around spend efficiency and channel performance;
• Manage platform and regulatory risks across gambling-related campaigns;
• Oversee relationships with platforms, programmatic partners, agencies and freelancers;
• Mentor the existing assistant and gradually build a capable in-house team;
• Work closely with the CCO while maintaining clear separation between performance marketing and affiliates.

• At least four years’ experience leading a performance marketing function;
• Strong hands-on experience across both paid social and programmatic advertising;
• Experience managing multi-hundred-thousand or multi-million-euro annual budgets;
• Strong understanding of attribution, ROI and LTV/CAC modelling;
• Previous experience managing or mentoring at least one team member;
• Experience using AI and automation to improve creative, targeting or campaign performance;
• Excellent English and the ability to communicate performance clearly to senior leadership;
• Nice to have: Experience within iGaming or another regulated industry, familiarity with creator-led or clipping-based acquisition.

• Relocation to Cyprus is required for the office-based role.
