• Build, lead, and develop a team of team leads by hiring, mentoring, and strengthening their professional expertise;
• Monitor key performance indicators daily, including ad spend, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROMI;
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and transform relevant insights into testable growth hypotheses;
• Work closely with the creative team to improve ad concepts, content quality, and overall campaign performance.

• Experience in high-risk industries;
• At least 2 years of experience managing a media buying department and leading a team of 15+ people;
• Hands-on expertise in independently launching and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• A proven track record of scaling campaigns, supported by clear financial results;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Demonstrated success in traffic acquisition across SEA, LATAM, and African markets;
• English at B2+ level;
• Russian at C1+ level.
