• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels;
• Manage the marketing budget independently and monitor CAC and other metrics;
• Continuously test new creatives, keywords, and landing pages and scale what works;
• Build a clean tracking and reporting setup for data-driven decisions;
• Work closely with Sales and Product to continuously refine target audiences and messaging;
• Develop the performance marketing strategy from the ground up.

• At least 3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in a B2B startup or SaaS environment focused on SMB customers;
• Proven experience managing budgets and reducing CAC or increasing ROAS;
• Data-driven mindset with decisions based on metrics rather than assumptions;
• Strong experience with tracking and analytics tools;
• Willingness to handle hands-on and routine tasks;
• Confident written and spoken German and English;
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin 5 days per week.
