Performance marketing manager in fintech

• You independently optimize our funnel structure across all paid channels to sustainably maximize conversion rates
• You design and manage our campaigns on Google, Meta, and YouTube with a clear focus on performance and ROAS
• You monitor the entire customer journey and continuously make data-driven adjustments to refine audience targeting
• You independently analyze relevant metrics and provide us with transparent, actionable reports on performance and ROI
• You work closely with our in-house experts to develop the best ad creatives and content based on your data analyses

• You have at least 4 years of solid project experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of independently scaling successful campaigns (lead generation or e-commerce) — ideally in the FinTech or financial sector.
• You are self-motivated and results-oriented, and agile project management is a practical reality for you, not just a buzzword.
• You take full ownership of your area, think strategically ahead, and also implement campaigns and tracking setups yourself.
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you make data-driven decisions, always keep an eye on ROI, and implement your strategies in a structured manner.
• You speak German at a professional level (C2) to write effective ad copy and have good English skills for communication within the team.
• Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit for Germany. Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.
