Performance marketing manager in E-Commerce

You take responsibility for your own client portfolio and manage social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn—from strategy to optimization.

• Plan, manage and optimize social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Take responsibility for your own client portfolio
• Analyze campaign results and communicate insights directly to clients
• Develop and test new ideas—always close to current platform trends
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary client teams
• Advise and inspire colleagues in social advertising
• Work with clients on award-worthy cases

• 3–5 years of experience in social advertising, ideally on the agency side
• In-depth knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn—not just running ads, but really optimizing them
• Experience with GA4, Smartly and Channable
• Native-level German, fluent English
• Proactive approach—you spot opportunities and can convince others of your ideas
• University degree or comparable level of thinking and working
