performance marketing manager in DTC food e-commerce

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Manage budgets, ROAS, and CAC, and scale successful campaigns
• Optimize existing Klaviyo flows and SMS campaigns via API by testing, segmenting, and improving deliverability and conversion
• Manage the customer lifecycle, from welcome and reactivation to retention and increased subscriber value
• Analyze results, develop hypotheses, and design A/B tests
• Use AI to analyze data, generate variants and test hypotheses, and automate reporting and processes
• Co-create the customer acquisition and retention strategy, then implement it

• Experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta
• Ability to independently manage budgets and optimize campaigns for specific sales goals
• Experience with marketing automation and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo or similar tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or Edrone
• Ability to use AI tools for marketing analysis, optimization, automation, and reporting
• Understanding of e-commerce measurement, conversion attribution models, and channel performance
• Business and strategic thinking, including understanding the impact of marketing on revenue, margin, and LTV
• Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, and dashboards
• Entrepreneurial mindset, energy, initiative, and independence
