• Develop and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially other channels;
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall performance;
• Analyze data, test new approaches, and continuously optimize campaigns;
• Provide strategic recommendations and implement them directly;
• Contribute creative ideas for ad copy, creatives, and new formats;
• Help clients achieve successful growth.

• 3–6 Years of experience in online marketing, especially paid advertising;
• Strong expertise in Google Ads;
• Main residence in Germany;
• Three years of agency experience;
• Curiosity and willingness to keep learning;
• Technical affinity and confident use of tools and MS Office, especially Excel;
• Enjoyment of numbers, data, and performance analysis;
• Team-oriented approach;
• Fluent German and good English.

• Part-time employment is available;
• Berlin-Brandenburg residence is a bonus.
