performance marketing manager for paid advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns;
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max;
• Control budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CPL;
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging;
• Ensure accurate tracking with Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion events;
• Analyze data and derive concrete optimization measures;
• Identify scaling and growth opportunities;
• Act as the main paid advertising contact for assigned clients;
• Set up and continuously manage advertising accounts;
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables;
• Collaborate closely with Design, Copy, and Social Media;
• Provide data-based performance feedback on creatives;
• Create and present weekly and monthly reports;
• Clearly communicate results, learnings, and next steps.

• Experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Ads Specialist;
• Mandatory C2 German proficiency, written and spoken;
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads;
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts in parallel;
• Strong understanding of targeting and retargeting;
• Strong understanding of funnel strategies;
• Strong understanding of budget planning and scaling;
• Analytical, performance-driven mindset;
• Structured and reliable working style;
• Confident communication with clients and teams;
• Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Ads, experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or Trello, agency experience, ability to evaluate and guide creatives based on data.
