Whatnot is a live shopping platform and marketplace operating across North America and Europe. It enables people to buy, sell, and discover products across categories such as trading cards, fashion, electronics, and live plants.

• Launch and manage emerging digital and offline acquisition channels;
• Build testing roadmaps to validate channel fit and measure incremental impact;
• Execute full-funnel tests covering creative development, audience segmentation, and bid strategy;
• Formalize early-stage channels into repeatable, scalable playbooks;
• Own day-to-day execution and performance monitoring for early-stage channels;
• Analyze spend efficiency, conversion rates, and LTV metrics to optimize CAC, ROAS, and payback goals;
• Partner with creative teams to iterate on messaging and formats using data-driven feedback;
• Partner with Data, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are tracked, measured, and reported accurately;
• Communicate actionable insights and propose next steps for scaling;
• Keep up with ad tech, attribution methods, and analytics solutions;
• Recommend tools and platforms to improve targeting, measurement, and campaign scalability globally.

• 4–6 Years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media;
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple self-serve ad platforms with significant budgets;
• Strong command of key metrics and data analysis for driving campaign outcomes;
• Experience creating and iterating creative for diverse cultures;
• Builder mentality with the ability to work through ambiguity and drive end-to-end experimentation with measurement rigor;
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with data, finance, engineering, and marketing teams while balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
