• Design, set up, and optimize performance campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• Manage budgets and KPIs, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality;
• Analyze campaign data and derive scalable growth initiatives;
• Create and optimize high-converting ads and landing pages;
• Build and implement a structured testing roadmap, including A/B tests, bidding, and creatives;
• Optimize lead quality in close collaboration with the Sales team;
• Evaluate and scale new performance channels;
• Prepare structured reports for internal stakeholders;
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand/Creative, Web/Tech, and the Leadership team to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, focused on Google Search and Meta Ads;
• Deep understanding of funnel logic, KPI management, and data-driven budget allocation;
• Experience with conversion copywriting for ads and landing pages;
• Confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, tracking, and funnel setups;
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, structured working style, and high ownership;
• Strong ownership and hands-on mentality, along with strategic thinking in a dynamic environment;
• Very good German (C2);
• Very good English (at least C1);
• Nice to have: experience with TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads, and YouTube Ads; experience in growth- or performance-driven environments.
