It produces hundreds of concerts each year across Europe, the CIS and beyond, working with world-renowned musical brands and creating distinctive projects.

• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Demand Gen;
• Own campaign budgets across multiple concerts and countries, allocating spend to maximise ticket sales and ROAS;
• Conduct keyword research, write and test ad copy, and build structured campaigns, ad groups and assets;
• Manage bidding strategies, audiences and geo-targeting across several European markets;
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and UTM tagging;
• Monitor performance daily and run structured A/B tests on copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages;
• Analyse results and prepare clear reports and recommendations for the Head of Department;
• Work with designers and the content team to brief and improve ad creatives and landing pages;
• Coordinate campaign timing with ticketing operators, venues and concert on-sale schedules;
• Test new tools, formats and AI-driven features;
• Independently launch, manage and scale Google Ads campaigns end to end;
• Maintain strong ROAS across multiple concert campaigns;
• Run tests and optimisations to lower cost per acquisition and increase ticket sales;
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking across every market;
• Provide clear, timely reporting to guide marketing decisions.

• 3–5 Years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with real budgets;
• Solid understanding of Search, Performance Max and the wider Google Ads ecosystem;
• Confidence with conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager and UTM tagging;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear decisions;
• Ability to write concise, persuasive ad copy that drives clicks and conversions;
• English at least B1 level;
• Ability to organise your own work, manage several campaigns at once and deliver results;
• Nice to have: Google Ads certification, experience in culture, music, entertainment or events, familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, experience with Notion, Canva, Figma or Miro, experience marketing ticketed events or working with ticketing operators, experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney and Runway, additional European languages.
