• Manage B2B advertising accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with monthly budgets ranging from low four figures to six figures
• Develop campaign strategy and manage campaigns, including CRO and landing page optimization
• Report through Google Looker Studio and an internal automated Google Ads audit tool
• Track last-touch attribution through the internal CRM, including lead source, pipeline value, and closed revenue
• Manage approximately 10 customer accounts in parallel and allocate budgets independently within the retainer
• Grow accounts and take ownership of budgets
• Work within a four-person paid team and report to the Performance Marketing Lead
• Develop from managing initial accounts independently to scaling multiple accounts in parallel and providing strategic customer consulting

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience independently managing ad spend of at least five figures
• Practical experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Demonstrated ownership of accounts and budgets
• Native-level German and confident English
