• Own the performance of push marketing channels, including Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliate Marketing and Email;
• Develop channel strategies that drive sustainable growth, lead generation and marketing efficiency;
• Manage budgets and take full accountability for campaign performance and ROI;
• Identify performance gaps, analyse root causes and implement optimisation initiatives;
• Build testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance;
• Manage relationships with agencies and affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results;
• Collaborate with teams across SEO, SEM, CRO, Brand and Marketing Operations to maximise overall business performance;
• Translate data into actionable insights and present clear recommendations to key stakeholders.

• 3–5 Years of experience in Performance Marketing;
• Strong expertise across Paid Social and other push marketing channels;
• Experience working with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and performance reporting tools;
• Proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns;
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions;
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation;
• Experience working with agencies and/or affiliate partners;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: exposure to broader commercial or business responsibilities, such as contributing to growth strategy, cross-functional initiatives or business decision-making; Dutch language skills.
