Performance Marketing Manager

Hexafarms develops software and hardware solutions for commercial food production, integrating operations with machine learning and AI services. The company provides a platform for greenhouse operators to optimize yields, detect diseases and pests, and manage climate conditions through real-time plant analysis.

• Partner with Account Executives to understand market needs and develop territory-specific marketing strategies;
• Produce and own marketing content including customer case studies, pitch decks, flyers, and one-pagers;
• Design professional, on-brand collateral using Figma and AI-assisted tools;
• Support broader marketing and go-to-market efforts including website management, events, and social media;
• Translate sales plans into effective marketing assets that facilitate deal closures.

• Strong execution skills with the ability to produce high-quality, consistent work independently;
• Proven experience partnering with sales teams to support deal-making;
• Solid design skills in Figma;
• Strong writing skills with the ability to turn customer conversations into compelling stories;
• Ability to work autonomously, bring data-driven proposals, and take ownership of projects;
• Fluent English and German (at least B2);
• Nice to have: Proficiency in additional European languages, ideally Spanish, Dutch, or Italian.
