Organic marketing manager

We're hiring an Organic Marketing Manager to bring new students to Prepia through influencer partnerships, organic growth and new channels. When your work brings in new students, you earn big performance bonuses. Key performers also get equity.

• Build and run our influencer and micro-influencer program: find creators, pitch Prepia, agree on deals and turn first posts into long-term partnerships.
• Grow our organic reach: social media content on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, SEO and community.
• Plan and run campaigns across other channels too, such as referrals, partnerships and paid.
• Know what every channel costs and returns, and move budget toward what works.
• Test new channels, content formats, messages and offers, and drop what doesn't pay off.
• Work with the product and growth team so every campaign leads into a funnel that converts.

• You have 2+ years in B2C marketing or growth, ideally for apps or subscription products.
• You've run influencer or creator campaigns yourself and can walk us through the results.
• You've grown an organic channel, such as a social account, content program or SEO, and can show the numbers.
• You understand unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback and margins, and you know when a channel is really profitable.
• You're persuasive and persistent. A "no" or no reply doesn't stop you.
• You follow the data, not your favorite idea, and you're open about campaigns that failed.
• You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do next.
