• Search for relevant TikTok creators using TikTok One and other platforms;
• Identify creators that match the target audience and budget;
• Prepare campaign briefs for creators;
• Reach out to creators and communicate with them throughout the collaboration process;
• Negotiate pricing and collaboration terms;
• Track conversations and maintain an organized outreach database;
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.

• Excellent written English;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Familiarity with TikTok and social media creators;
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once;
• Nice to have: Experience with influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
