Mainder builds an AI layer for recruiting, using agents that source and qualify candidates and accelerate hiring for talent teams.

• Design and build Mainder’s end-to-end lead generation system, including channels, messaging, funnel, and metrics;
• Manage social media and posting;
• Execute hands-on without relying on external agencies to launch or iterate campaigns;
• Run acquisition experiments across paid media, content, SEO, email, and community;
• Set up tracking and attribution to identify which channels generate pipeline;
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure generated leads convert into real opportunities;
• Iterate quickly with limited resources and prioritize high-impact activities;
• Report results with a focus on CAC, generated pipeline, and spending efficiency.

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments;
• Experience building a lead generation system or engine from scratch, not only optimizing an existing one;
• Full autonomy to execute without depending on third parties;
• Builder mindset and motivation to create new systems rather than manage established processes;
• Spanish at C1 level, native or equivalent;
• English or a second language at B2 level.
