PayPal provides payment solutions that connect consumers and businesses in approximately 200 markets. Its products enable online and in-person payments, money transfers, merchant payouts, cross-border commerce, and risk management.

• Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement;
• Build and maintain relationships with regional system integrators, digital agencies, consultants, and other partners;
• Audit the existing developer program experience and identify areas for improvement;
• Design, build, and deploy strategic marketing communications supporting the developer lifecycle;
• Own developer-focused platforms, enhancing architecture, content, and SEO;
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and lifecycle communications for developers;
• Manage Developer Meetup events, including invitations, logistics, and execution;
• Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives;
• Create marketing toolkit content to help developers promote solutions through their own channels;
• Work closely with data and analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategies;
• Identify issues and recommend best practices for partnership marketing initiatives;
• Lead functional projects and analyze business trends to improve efficiency;
• Support the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns.

• 8+ Years of experience in partnership or channel marketing;
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership programs;
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships;
• Strong understanding of CRM, onsite marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making;
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in German and English;
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• Fluent German and English at C1/C2 level;
• Nice to have: event marketing experience, experience in Fintech, Finance, or E-commerce industries.
