AIRE Ancient Baths operates locations across Europe and North America, with its headquarters in Barcelona supporting local centres and global brand consistency.

• Build regional B2B relationships across hospitality, corporations, institutions, and congress centres to increase segment sales;
• Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B accounts;
• Manage existing B2B accounts;
• Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry partners, and incentive agencies;
• Manage sales funnel contacts and report weekly progress to HQ and Local Management;
• Raise local awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand as a brand advocate and guardian;
• Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, partnerships, and sponsorships;
• Supervise and ensure overall brand image standards at the location;
• Collaborate with the Global Social Media Manager to align content with local needs;
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to implement marketing campaigns at the location;
• Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of group and event bookings;
• Lead and manage sales for group and event initiatives;
• Ensure efficient and timely reporting to HQ;
• Establish communication and liaise with internal departments to execute PR and marketing campaigns efficiently;
• Manage onsite influencer, press, and VIP visits;
• Assist with customer relations and special VIP booking requests;
• Assist with overseeing the onsite client experience journey;
• Monitor customer feedback and report critical feedback from customer surveys and local online platforms to the PR & Marketing Coordinator.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a PR or Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector;
• Understand the luxury, wellness, or high-end hospitality sectors within New York City;
• Know how to elevate and protect brand positioning through every detail of the experience;
• Have hands-on experience building and managing local B2B partnerships in tourism, events, corporate wellness, or premium hospitality;
• Have experience working with HQ or global teams and adapting central brand strategies to local market dynamics.
