Unicase is a leading law firm in Central Asia with offices in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. It advises international corporations, financial institutions, government bodies, and private investors on cross-border transactions, legislative reforms, strategic projects, and complex legal matters, with core specialisations in energy, renewables, PPP, project finance, oil and gas, mining, and FMCG.

• Oversee day-to-day marketing activities to strengthen Unicase Central Asia’s brand and support business development within the legal and energy sectors;
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns;
• Manage digital and offline channels;
• Coordinate content creation for the firm’s website, social media, and thought leadership materials;
• Collaborate with partners and lawyers to promote key practice areas;
• Prepare client-focused presentations and proposals;
• Support events, conferences, and client seminars.

• Strong experience in marketing management, brand positioning, and campaign planning within professional services or B2B sectors;
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, including website management, social media, email marketing, and basic analytics;
• Solid content development skills, including drafting marketing materials, client communications, and presentations tailored to legal and energy-related topics;
• Ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in an international or multicultural environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• Nice to have: knowledge of Russian and/or Kazakh, prior experience in a law firm, consulting, or professional services company.
