Lemondo operates an internet marketplace platform.

• Build and manage a monthly/weekly content calendar for social media and other marketing channels;
• Control the quality of brand messaging and visuals, evaluating message clarity, visual hierarchy, and CTA effectiveness before final approval;
• Write clear, natural, and engaging copy for social media and other channels;
• Brief and coordinate designers, content creators, influencers, freelancers, agencies, and vendors;
• Monitor baseline performance of communication channels and campaigns;
• Support A/B testing by proposing visuals and messages to test and analyzing results;
• Manage several parallel marketing projects and deadlines;
• Communicate with vendors, compare offers, and negotiate occasionally;
• Establish an effective task and workflow system for the team;
• Proactively identify challenges, delayed tasks, or opportunities for improvement.

• Have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign, or marketing project management, able to independently see tasks through to completion;
• Possess a results-oriented mindset, thinking not just about finishing a task, but about the outcome it achieves;
• Work independently and proactively;
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects;
• Have strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Show confidence collaborating with designers, agencies, and freelancers;
• Understand baseline marketing performance metrics, with the ability to participate in A/B testing and optimization;
• Speak English at a minimum B2 level;
• Be a fast learner who is motivated to take on more responsibility over time;
• Have experience effectively using ChatGPT/Claude-type tools;
• Nice to have: experience creating visual and video content with AI-based tools, developing creative concepts, or generating mockups and presentations.
