• Develop and launch advertising strategies for iGaming traffic;
• Manage and optimize campaigns in Facebook Ads and DSP platforms;
• Create and test ad creatives including banners and videos;
• Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and ROI to optimize performance;
• Scale winning combinations of creatives, GEOs, and offers;
• Work with tracking systems like Keitaro;
• Use spy tools such as AdHeart and Tyver;
• Test new hypotheses regarding GEOs, audiences, and creatives;
• Manage advertising budgets of $15K–$30K+;
• Prepare performance reports;
• Collaborate with designers and provide creative briefs.

• 1+ Year of experience in media buying or performance marketing;
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or DSP platforms;
• Understanding of auction mechanics and optimization principles;
• Experience with tracking systems like Keitaro;
• Experience using spy services;
• Strong understanding of core metrics like CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS;
• English at an Intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience driving traffic to PWA or mobile apps, understanding of the iGaming vertical.
