FXIFY is a proprietary trading firm founded in 2023 by industry veterans with deep experience in finance and brokerage.

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue;
• Lead and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring team output aligns with business priorities and campaign goals;
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social, paid media, email, partnerships, and content;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, performance, and affiliate marketing, to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaign execution;
• Coordinate with the affiliate marketing and partnership teams to support scalable partner growth and campaign alignment;
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that website updates, landing pages, and product marketing materials accurately reflect the brand strategy and performance goals;
• Effectively manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI;
• Analyze marketing data, compile performance reports, and present insights to the Head of Marketing to guide future strategy and decision-making;
• Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and vendors to optimize campaign delivery and performance;
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence.

• 2-4 Years of hands-on marketing management or related leadership experience, ideally in digital-first environments;
• Experience in the prop trading, forex, or financial products industry is required;
• Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth;
• Firm grasp of digital marketing, content, paid media, and brand positioning;
• Effective leader with experience coaching, delegating, and motivating teams;
• Excellent communicator and organized collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-paced, global environments.
