Marketing specialist in real estate

Art Residence, a real estate development company, is expanding its team and looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist.

• Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and target audience research.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Assist in marketing budget planning and management.
• Organize promotional campaigns, corporate events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate activities with SMM, design, and sales teams.
• Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and strengthen market positioning.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in Armenian and good command of Russian and English.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
