BGaming is a globally recognized game development studio that creates online casino games for players and provides gaming services to operators.

• Support the marketing manager and team with dynamic tasks, including influencer search, outreach, and negotiation assistance;
• Manage document workflows, including NDAs, external contractor contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking;
• Conduct initial negotiations with contractors, prepare briefs, coordinate deadlines, and accept deliverables;
• Assist with launches, gather information, prepare materials, and occasionally participate in deep interviews to test theories;
• Request project and competitor data and structure the received results;
• Compile, design, and structure internal and external presentations.

• Have 2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or product marketing;
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, strong multitasking skills, and a systematic approach;
• Confidently use presentation creation tools, task trackers such as Asana, and basic AI tools such as ChatGPT;
• Be non-conflictual and highly collaborative, with excellent negotiation skills for working with internal cross-functional units and external partners;
• Show proactivity, curiosity, and readiness to learn new things quickly;
• Have advanced proficiency in Russian and English;
• Nice to have: experience in the iGaming industry, basic understanding of marketing metrics and the product go-to-market process.
