• Develop short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals and monitor their execution;
• Develop the brand and plan, launch, and evaluate digital and traditional awareness campaigns;
• Allocate and control the marketing budget and maximize ROI;
• Manage, motivate, and coordinate the marketing team;
• Provide strategic oversight of digital advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to generate leads and increase sales;
• Define the content strategy and organize content plans for social media, the website, and other digital channels;
• Prepare copy and briefs and monitor their execution;
• Continuously monitor marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and present results to management.

• At least 2 years of marketing experience;
• Team management experience;
• Knowledge of advertising platforms and analytics tools;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
