The HEINEKEN Company operates in food and beverage services, developing brands and supporting their visibility among customers and at points of sale.

• Support the preparation and execution of Trade Marketing activities for selected customers and sales channels;
• Coordinate promotional activations and monitor their effectiveness;
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, agencies, and business partners;
• Prepare materials, communications, and presentations supporting commercial activities;
• Analyze sales data, draw conclusions, and recommend further actions;
• Monitor market implementation, participate in market visits, and seek inspiration for new activities;
• Gradually take on greater responsibility for projects and customers.

• At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales, customer-facing work, or promotional activations;
• Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions;
• Ability to organize activities and bring projects to completion;
• Initiative and ability to independently find solutions;
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks;
• Confident Excel skills and comfort working with numbers;
• Business English communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience in FMCG, field sales, retail, marketing, or other industries focused on product visibility and customer activations.
