XM operates in the financial services industry. The marketing function supports business growth across Central Asia and surrounding regional markets.

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies;
• Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across Central Asia, with a primary focus on the Kyrgyzstani market;
• Launch marketing campaigns, evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs;
• Assist the Marketing and Business Development functions with market research during new region penetration, considering each country’s ethics, culture and customs;
• Support marketing events and exhibitions as required;
• Assist with ongoing marketing activities and support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary;
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects;
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices;
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Fluent Kyrgyz and Russian speaker;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features;
• Strong digital marketing skills;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
• Highly organised and able to multitask;
• Dynamic and target oriented;
• Nice to have: strong project management skills.
