marketing manager in fintech

We need a hands-onGrowth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own it.

You'll own lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, drive outbound demand generation, and lead content and thought leadership for a defined B2B audience. This is a 0 → 1 role: strategy plus execution, in a fast-moving environment.

• → Own lifecycle marketing in HubSpot — segmentation, lifecycle stages, nurturing, lead scoring, email campaigns
• → Launch and scale outbound demand generation across channels
• → Optimize the funnel — track conversions, analyze data, improve channel performance
• → Create content and thought leadership, translating complex technical and regulatory topics (PSD2, MiCA, AMLD) into clear, compelling messaging
• → Work cross-functionally with product and technical teams
• → Build processes and tools from scratch and own the outcome

• 3–7 years in B2B marketing
• Fintech or regulated-industry experience — required
• Proven HubSpot (or similar marketing automation) experience
• Strong background in lifecycle marketing and demand generation
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel optimization, email and outbound campaign execution
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Hands-on, data-driven, high-ownership mindset — comfortable building from 0 → 1
• Tools: HubSpot (Marketing/Sales/Operations Hub), Apollo.io, Reply.io / lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, GA4, Looker Studio, Notion, Zapier
