• Develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives across all channels;
• Create content about products and topics for blogs, social media, video, and lead magnets;
• Manage and strategically grow the social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram;
• Maintain, update, and optimize listings on software directories;
• Design, implement, and automate newsletters and mailings for existing customers and partners about product information and software releases;
• Manage and optimize performance campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta;
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversions across the customer journey;
• Maintain and further develop the technical tracking setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta;
• Monitor relevant KPIs and prepare regular reports;
• Automate marketing processes with AI-powered tools;
• Identify new trends in digital marketing and automation;
• Manage freelancers for graphic design and individual projects.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally for an IT or software company;
• Experience marketing products that require explanation;
• Confident use of modern AI tools and ability to integrate and continuously improve them in marketing processes;
• Practical experience with technical tracking, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and CRM tools such as HubSpot;
• Good understanding of marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making;
• Very good German skills, written and spoken.
