Marketing Manager

Zentiva is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company focused on ensuring health and well-being for all generations.

• Manage continuous customer communication, including editorial planning, content generation, and graphic production and distribution for Pharmacy and Hospital;
• Plan, develop, and implement seasonal, segmented, and personalized B2B campaigns and customer surveys for Pharmacy and Hospital;
• Manage, develop, and select marketing automation and CRM systems, including OCE digital, BeePro, and Canva;
• Create and develop digital and print marketing materials and sales documents for Sales teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
• Monitor implemented marketing activities and performance-oriented implementation of new marketing initiatives;
• Manage and develop the company homepage;
• Manage A&P budgets and agency costs;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, particularly Pharmacy, Hospital, Tender & Launches, and OTC/Marketing;
• Analyze and monitor the market, competition, and target groups and derive appropriate measures.

• Around 2 years of relevant marketing experience;
• Ideally, a completed degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or comparable training;
• Proficiency with common marketing automation and CRM systems;
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing campaigns;
• Hands-on mentality and flexible thinking;
• Structured, independent, systematic working style and analytical thinking;
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the German pharmacy market.
