Marketing Manager

ASUS is a multinational computer hardware and consumer electronics company established in Taiwan in 1989 that creates products for smart life and is a leading global motherboard and gaming brand, as well as a top consumer notebook vendor.

• Represent the company image, brand, and its position within the market;
• Lead and manage the marketing team and coordinate the marketing and sales activities execution;
• Develop marketing plans for the market in accordance with company objectives and strategy;
• Plan and track marketing budget efficiently and effectively to maximize usage of funding;
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns and out-of-the-box solutions for sales campaigns;
• Work closely with vendors and customers;
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications;
• Analyze and dig for new strategic partnerships for company marketing.

• University degree;
• At least 5 years of working experience in marketing and leadership;
• Thorough understanding of established and emerging advertising mediums including traditional, online, social media, experiential, and partnership and events;
• Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and to handle numerous duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Strong analytical and project management skills;
• Confident and dynamic personality, team player;
• Positive, results-oriented attitude and attention to detail, a creative eye and comfort with subjectivity, as well as a structured approach to analysis;
• Driving license.
