• Own and execute marketing initiatives across SEO, GEO, PPC, and brand marketing;
• Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Bing, and other relevant platforms;
• Monitor daily performance metrics, including spend, leads, sign-ups, and conversions;
• Conduct SEO audits and drive improvements from analysis to implementation;
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives;
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and with Customer Success to increase LTV and reduce churn;
• Brief and collaborate with Content and Design teams on campaign assets and experiments;
• Report on marketing performance, ROI, and key initiatives to stakeholders;
• Propose new growth initiatives and execute them autonomously.

• 5+ Years of B2B marketing experience;
• Experience working in companies with 100+ employees;
• Proven ownership of marketing budgets and performance reporting;
• Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization);
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement;
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills;
• Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams;
• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/performance analytics tools;
• Nice to have: Experience in the VoIP, telecommunications, or voice-tech industry, experience being the first or sole marketing hire in a growing company.
