Marketing Manager

At Cronos Europa, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our internal Marketing team and contribute to strengthening our brand visibility, positioning and engagement.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the company’s marketing strategy, translating business priorities into effective marketing plans and campaigns, and ensuring that our brand and services are positioned consistently across channels and audiences.

Working closely with leadership, business development, service lines and other internal stakeholders, you will identify marketing priorities and opportunities, oversee campaigns and content, and ensure marketing activities contribute to Cronos Europa's wider commercial and strategic objectives.

This is an internal corporate position within Cronos Europa, with responsibility for leading the Marketing function and managing the Marketing Specialist.

• Define and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, aligned with Cronos Europa's business objectives and growth priorities.
• Translate organisational and commercial priorities into targeted marketing initiatives, campaigns and communication activities.
• Define and maintain the company's brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing activities and touchpoints.
• Work closely with service lines, business development and management to identify opportunities where marketing can support visibility, lead generation, client engagement and business growth.
• Oversee the development of marketing content and materials, providing direction on messaging, audiences, channels and campaign objectives.
• Lead market and competitor analysis to identify relevant trends, opportunities and developments that could influence Cronos Europa's positioning and marketing activities.
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness and use performance insights to continuously improve marketing activities.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively against agreed priorities.
• Manage, guide and support the Marketing Specialist, setting priorities, ensuring quality and supporting their professional development.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on understanding of marketing and communications. You should have:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management or a related field.
• The ability to develop marketing strategies and translate them into practical plans, campaigns and measurable activities.
• Strong understanding of the EU institutional landscape and the wider ecosystem in which EU institutions operate.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, messaging and multi-channel marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and business objectives.The ability to analyse marketing data and insights and use them to make informed decisions and improve performance.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritise activities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, suppliers and external partners.
• The ability to provide direction, feedback and support to other marketing team members.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing can contribute to business development, market positioning and growth.
• A proactive, collaborative and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery when required.
