Today, Kustom serves more than 24,000 merchants across 170 markets and has converted more than 25 million shoppers.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a broad range of marketing initiatives across Kustom. This is a senior, individual contributor role. You should be as comfortable developing the strategy as doing the hands-on work needed to bring impactful work to life.
You will work both strategically and hands-on to turn ideas and priorities into compelling, high-impact marketing. You will collaborate across the business, develop joint initiatives with partners and lead cross-functional project teams.
In your first year, you will have established a repeatable approach to integrated go-to-market planning, led several high-priority launches or campaigns, strengthened Kustom’s merchant proposition and demonstrated measurable contribution to commercial growth.
