We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern – France (m/f/d) to help us grow BRAINEFFECT's presence in the French market.

You'll work closely with our French Influencer Marketing team, focusing primarily on identifying, connecting with, and managing influencer partnerships. You'll also get the chance to contribute to our French Instagram presence, support exciting campaigns, and gain hands-on experience in an ambitious, fast-growing brand.

Starting in January, you'll join us for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) where your ideas, energy, and initiative are more than welcome!

• Discover new creators: Research and identify exciting French influencers who align with BRAINEFFECT's brand and values, with a particular focus on micro-influencers and affiliate partnerships.
• Build strong relationships: Reach out to potential partners, introduce them to BRAINEFFECT, and negotiate commission-based collaborations.
• Manage influencer collaborations: Coordinate partnerships from first contact to execution, including product orders, monthly restocks, and support for product launches.
• Support influencer campaigns: Help organize and execute influencer activations, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
• Bring creativity to social media: Support our French Instagram channel by contributing content ideas, spotting trends, and helping create engaging posts.
• Turn ideas into content: Collaborate with our design team by preparing creative briefs for social media assets.
• Make things happen: Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks, campaign coordination, events, and other exciting marketing projects.

• French is your native language, and you feel confident communicating in English (at least B2 level). German is not required.
• You're passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends, especially within the French market.
• You're a natural communicator who enjoys reaching out to new people, building connections, and maintaining professional relationships.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of several collaborations and tasks at once.
• You have a proactive, hands-on mindset and aren't afraid to take initiative or share your ideas.
• You're a positive, energetic team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to shared goals.
• You're open to feedback, adaptable, and resilient when things don't go exactly as planned.
• Ideally, you've already gained some exposure to influencer marketing, social media, events, or digital marketing through internships, university projects, or personal initiatives – but previous professional experience is not required.
• Most importantly, you're curious, motivated to learn, and excited to help grow BRAINEFFECT in France!
