• Own the development of the marketing function and traffic scaling;
• Identify new effective traffic sources and growth opportunities;
• Work closely with the affiliate and operations teams;
• Increase the volume of quality traffic while balancing growth with operational needs;
• Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy across international markets.

• 4+ Years of experience as a CMO;
• Mandatory experience in iGaming, gaming, betting, or casino;
• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and traffic acquisition;
• Proven experience in scaling traffic;
• Experience managing marketing budgets above $1M;
• Strong understanding of affiliate and performance models;
• English C1+ is mandatory.
