• Own revenue targets across all acquisition channels;
• Manage and scale $1M+/month ad budget across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and other channels;
• Scale what works, cut what doesn’t, and build what’s missing;
• Optimize funnels, including offers, landing pages, creatives, testing, and conversion;
• Lead media buyers, creative producers, and external partners;
• Launch and manage new product categories from hypothesis through launch and P&L ownership.

• Direct revenue ownership as a CMO, Head of Growth, or Performance Lead;
• Experience managing $10K+/day budgets across Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok;
• Strong background in direct-response funnels, including landing purchase and subscription flows;
• Experience in edtech, wellness, subscriptions, or e-commerce on international markets;
• Data-driven mindset with CAC, LTV, and ROMI as daily tools;
• Hands-on approach to execution, not only management;
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflows;
• English level: B2–C1.
