Marketing director

The Marketing Director at Amin Exco will lead the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Tashkent involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and guiding a marketing team to deliver measurable results.

• Optimizing channel mix
• Ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Preparing regular reports
• Recommending data-driven improvements to maximize return on marketing investments

• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including Market Planning and Marketing Management.
• Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform strategic decisions.
• Experience coordinating Marketing and Sales activities to support revenue growth and improve conversion across the funnel.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams, delegating effectively, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Demonstrated proficiency in brand management, campaign planning, and performance measurement using relevant marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Previous experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Director or similar leadership position, within a relevant industry.
