• Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams and support the development of digital strategies and marketing activities
• Design, implement, and optimize tracking architectures using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Piwik PRO, BigQuery, and Data Studio
• Analyze performance data, identify relevant patterns, and derive optimization opportunities, increasingly using AI-supported analysis methods
• Plan and analyze A/B tests across the entire customer journey
• Monitor market and competitor developments and share data-driven insights with strategy, performance marketing, and SEO teams
• Account for data protection and GDPR requirements when developing and implementing tracking and analysis concepts

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Practical experience with SQL
• An agile mindset and willingness to work with Miro, Jira, and Confluence
• Very good German skills (at least C1)
