Digital marketing manager SEO/GEO

• You are responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing holistic SEO and GEO strategies to increase our clients' organic visibility.
• You develop forward-looking GEO concepts, for example through structured content approaches, entity optimization, and strengthening authority and trustworthiness.
• You use common tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Google Search Console, Peec.ai, and Google Analytics and derive data-based recommendations for action from them.
• You continuously develop on-page, off-page, and content optimizations, with both traditional search engines and AI systems in mind.
• You always keep PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical SEO in view.

• You are passionate about digital marketing, have a keen eye for trends, and a clear understanding of the dynamic development of search engines and AI-driven answer systems (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• You have a deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategies, and information architectures and apply it when working with Development, UX, and Editorial.
• Agile mindset? Absolutely! Our projects are mainly in an agile environment, and we work with tools such as Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1), as our current projects are primarily conducted in German.
