The IT company Andersen invites an IT Community Manager to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Handling administrative tasks related to community events and meetings.
Coordinating catering services for community events.
Preparing and setting up the location for meetings, workshops, and other events.
Ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available and functional.
Managing registration processes for events and maintaining attendance records.
Assisting in creating and distributing event invitations or announcements.
Providing logistical support during community gatherings.
Handling documentation and record-keeping for the community.
Assisting in managing communication platforms and databases.
Supporting the Community Manager and Coordinators in their administrative needs.
требования
Event organization experience for 2+ years.
Experience in organizing and conducting both offline and online events.
Excellent communication skills and competent written and oral speech.
Ready to work in multitasking mode, high level of stress tolerance.
Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
