We are looking for an engaged person to strategically and operationally develop our influencer marketing together with us in Berlin.

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our influencer marketing and continuously develop it with a focus on brand building and performance.
• You plan and manage influencer campaigns and collaborations end-to-end — from selecting and approaching suitable creators to briefings, schedules and product shipping, through content coordination and asset management, to reporting.
• You identify relevant creators, new trends and collaboration opportunities, build long-term relationships with creators and agencies, and strategically develop existing collaborations.
• You independently conduct contract and terms negotiations, keeping budgets, scope of services and our brands' goals in mind.
• You analyze relevant influencer and campaign KPIs, are responsible for the structured preparation of relevant reports, and derive concrete optimization measures from them.
• You work closely with Brand, Social Media, Performance Marketing and E-Commerce to optimally align influencer activities with our campaigns and other marketing measures.
• You contribute to brand and influencer events and are particularly responsible for involving and looking after relevant creators.
• You continuously develop processes, structures and workflows in influencer marketing and ensure efficient and structured implementation.
• You also contribute to selected brand partnerships and develop suitable collaboration approaches together with relevant internal teams.
• Looking ahead, you will contribute to building and developing our influencer team and will also take on functional responsibility within the team.

• You have several years of professional experience in influencer marketing or creator marketing, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle or FMCG industry.
• You understand influencer marketing as both an important brand and performance channel and can translate strategic goals into concrete measures.
• You have a very good understanding of relevant influencer and campaign KPIs and are confident analyzing data and deriving concrete recommendations for action.
• You have strong negotiation skills and a good commercial understanding, and can assess collaborations from both a brand and a business perspective.
• You know the German creator, social media and influencer landscape and have a good feel for relevant trends, talent and new collaboration opportunities.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way and keep schedules, budgets and deliverables in view even when several campaigns are running in parallel.
• You impress with a confident manner, clear communication and strong relationship-building skills when dealing with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• You think proactively and ahead, and are committed to sustainably developing topics, processes and collaborations.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
