Influencer Marketing Manager

Skin + Me combines dermatology expertise, pharmacy and technology to provide a simpler, more personalised approach to skincare. The company is behind Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me, building science-based personal care brands rooted in clinical expertise and personalisation.

• Hire, lead and develop a large team to help them perform well and exceed targets
• Allocate team resources to meet business demands while supporting engagement and development
• Improve ways of working, focusing on campaign quality and delivery speed
• Ensure the team grows and nurtures relationships with influencers
• Work with business unit leads to set team targets, expectations, KPIs and budgets aligned with growth objectives and brand vision
• Own performance against targets for each brand and develop plans to recover ground when results are off track
• Own the long-term testing roadmap, review experiments and results with direct reports, and generate and prioritise new ideas
• Share channel learnings with other channel leads across the business
• Lead regular alignment sessions with the Head of Growth and other channel leads to gather input on priorities and align plans across functions

• Experience leading and motivating a large team in a fast-paced, data-led business
• Experience in Growth or Influencer marketing, managing large budgets and delivering against revenue targets
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of key marketing drivers
• Track record of setting up and improving processes
• Experience implementing tests and learning from results
• Comfortable managing people, supporting their development and having difficult conversations
• Team player willing to support all areas of the business
• Appreciation of the creative side of marketing
