Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Manager

As the Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Manager, you will lead and develop Sweed Beauty's international influencer marketing and affiliate programs to strengthen brand awareness, expand our online reach, and drive profitable sales growth.

You will oversee paid influencer collaborations, organic gifting initiatives, and affiliate partnerships across key international markets. A central part of your role is taking full ownership of ShopMy, while managing and expanding our presence on AWIN, LTK, and other relevant affiliate networks.

This is a hands-on, commercially driven role combining strategic planning, relationship management, creative thinking, and performance optimization to support Sweed's global growth.

Paid Influencer Collaborations

• Plan, execute, and optimize international paid influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and evaluate creators based on audience insights, brand alignment, engagement, and conversion potential.
• Manage the full collaboration process, including sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefing, content approvals, publishing, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies, developing long-term brand ambassadorships.
• Monitor trends, emerging creators, and market opportunities to continuously strengthen influencer partnerships.
• Manage influencer marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize collaborations to maximize ROI.

Affiliate Marketing – ShopMy

• Take full ownership of ShopMy, including platform strategy, daily operations, creator relationships, and commercial performance.
• Develop and scale ShopMy's organic gifting, affiliate marketing, and paid creator collaboration programs across international markets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant creators, managing organic gifting from outreach and product seeding to follow-up and relationship development.
• Monitor affiliate performance, including revenue, conversions, clicks, commissions, and creator activity, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Scale high-performing affiliates through commission incentives, paid collaborations, exclusive offers, and long-term partnerships.
• Manage paid opportunities on ShopMy, including negotiations, campaign execution, budgets, and performance evaluation.
• Continuously optimize gifting efficiency, creator engagement, and affiliate-generated revenue while maintaining strong relationships with ShopMy representatives.

Affiliate Marketing – AWIN, LTK & Other Platforms

• Manage and expand Sweed Beauty's affiliate presence across AWIN, LTK, and other relevant affiliate networks.
• Recruit and develop relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and creators to increase brand visibility and generate incremental sales.
• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, commission incentives, promotional activities, and exclusive partnerships.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate traffic, conversions, revenue, and profitability across all platforms.
• Identify new affiliate networks and partnership opportunities while ensuring consistent brand positioning and alignment with commercial campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track and analyze performance across paid influencer collaborations, organic gifting, and affiliate programs, including revenue, ROI, ROAS, conversions, engagement, and creator performance.
• Prepare regular reports with key results, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve commercial performance.
• Optimize creator selection, campaign investments, commission structures, and budget allocation based on performance data.
• Ensure accurate tracking of affiliate links, discount codes, commissions, and campaign attribution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Development

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align influencer and affiliate activities with overall marketing strategies, product launches, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Content, Social Media, B2B, and E-Commerce teams to coordinate campaigns, gifting logistics, product availability, and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose high-performing creator content across paid advertising, organic social media, and e-commerce, ensuring appropriate usage rights.
• Maintain Sweed Beauty's premium brand positioning and proactively identify new partnerships and growth opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of international influencer markets, particularly Sweden, Italy, Germany, the UK, and the US, with an established creator network.
• Hands-on experience with influencer collaborations and affiliate platforms, ideally including ShopMy, AWIN, and LTK.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social media trends.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and drive affiliate revenue.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to manage international partnerships confidently.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for beauty, social media, and influencer marketing.
