• Define the UGC and creator growth strategy;
• Build and scale a creator network across multiple markets and platforms;
• Establish the full operating model, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, briefing, payments, motivation, and performance management;
• Develop organic growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms;
• Identify winning formats, hooks, and creator profiles and turn them into repeatable frameworks;
• Connect organic creator content with paid acquisition;
• Build a measurable content engine and continuously improve its ROI.

• Have 5+ years of experience in UGC, Creator Marketing, Social Media Growth, or Influencer Marketing;
• Have built creator programs from scratch, rather than only managed existing partnerships;
• Demonstrate strong creative judgment and a performance mindset;
• Understand why certain content works and how to turn creative ideas into scalable processes;
• Be ready to stay hands-on;
• Fluent Russian is required;
• Ability to work in English.
