Influencer manager for a language-learning app

Help us build and scale a global network of content creators who produce high-quality content daily and engage millions of users. Oki is an AI-powered language-learning app with over 1 million downloads, 150,000 monthly active users, and 100 million organic views per month. Our growth has been driven almost entirely by organic content. We are now looking for a Creator Manager to develop and oversee our network of creators, ensuring consistent content production and scalable growth.

• Source, recruit, interview, and onboard new UGC creators.
• Manage a network of 25–50 creators, with the potential for further scaling.
• Organize a consistent production and publishing workflow for content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Maintain daily communication with creators, conduct calls, provide feedback, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Oversee content quality, adherence to briefs, deadlines, and publishing standards.
• Track KPIs, activity levels, productivity, and creator retention.
• Develop and refine systems for recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and retaining creators.
• Automate workflows, manage reporting, and continuously improve the efficiency of the network.

• Someone with experience working with UGC creators, influencers, content teams, or in digital marketing.
• A person with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Someone capable of managing dozens of creators simultaneously and overseeing large volumes of content.
• An individual with a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, viral content, and current trends.
• Someone with an analytical mindset who is comfortable working with KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics.
• A proactive problem-solver who can make independent decisions and take ownership of results.
• A strategic thinker who builds scalable processes rather than just managing individuals.
