Influencer Manager

Emma - The Sleep Company is a direct-to-consumer sleep brand that develops sleep comfort products.

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality results;
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with influencers across various platforms;
• Manage contracts, budgets, and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for approvals;
• Work closely with creative and legal teams to align on messaging and strategy;
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute to the evolution of the influencer program.

• Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field;
• At least two years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the Iberia market;
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviors;
• Driven, with a strong passion for making an impact and pushing projects forward;
• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills;
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant approach;
• Proactive, enjoy taking initiative, and able to manage projects on your own;
