• Build and lead the comprehensive SEO strategy for several iGaming products;
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of SEO specialists, link builders, and content managers;
• Oversee all aspects of website optimization including technical, on-page, off-page, and content strategies;
• Develop and implement scalable SEO frameworks to ensure stable organic traffic growth and increased search visibility;
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for traffic acquisition;
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Development;
• Build and optimize processes for backlink acquisition, outreach, and strategic domain management;
• Implement modern SEO tools, automation (including ZennoPoster), and AI-enhanced data-driven decision-making practices.

• 5+ Years of experience in SEO, with at least 2+ years in a Lead or Head position;
• Proven track record of managing SEO for high-load or multi-domain projects specifically within the iGaming industry;
• Strong understanding of both white-hat and grey/black-hat strategies relevant to the iGaming sector;
• Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration;
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization;
• Hands-on experience with industry tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio, and ZennoPoster.
